The "Wotpu" purified water equipment system is customized according to user requirements (URS), using advanced RO and EDI purified water processes. The quality of the produced water meets the customer's production water requirements and complies with GMP, FDA and other certification requirements. The overall humanized design of the system, modular installation, small footprint, simple and convenient operation, stable operation, and high efficiency and energy saving.

  • Under normal circumstances, the process configuration of the purified water preparation system varies depending on the region and water source. The purified water preparation system should analyze and calculate according to the different raw water quality conditions, and then configure corresponding components to sequentially process each indicator within the allowable range. The main process methods for purified water preparation systems in China are as follows:

    1. Pre treatment system process flow: tap water inlet → raw water tank → raw water pump → multi-media filter → activated carbon filter → softening filter → security filter. After pre-treatment, tap water meets the inlet requirements of the RO reverse osmosis system.

    2. Reverse osmosis system process flow: ① Process: pretreatment system → first stage high-pressure pump → first stage RO reverse osmosis → inter stage pure water tank → second stage high-pressure pump → second stage RO reverse osmosis → sterile pure water tank.

    ② Process: Pre treatment system → First stage high-pressure pump → First stage RO reverse osmosis → Inter stage pure water tank → Second stage high-pressure pump → Second stage RO reverse osmosis → Second stage pure water tank → EDI conveying pump → EDI electric desalination system → Aseptic pure water tank.

    ③ Process: Pre treatment system → First stage high-pressure pump → First stage RO reverse osmosis membrane → Pure water tank → EDI transfer pump → EDI electric desalination system → Aseptic pure water tank. The above process removes various ions and microorganisms from water, and the quality of the produced water meets the requirements of the pharmacopoeia.

    3. Sterilization and delivery distribution system

    Sterilization process: sterile pure water tank → UV sterilizer → 0.22 μ m terminal filter → outlet;

    Sterilization process: sterile pure water tank → ozone sterilization device → UV sterilization instrument → 0.22 μ m terminal filter → water outlet → connected conveying pipeline;

    Optional disinfection methods: activated carbon pasteurization, CIP cleaning system, distribution system ozone sterilization, distribution system pasteurization, distribution system pure steam sterilization.
